Purchase Pick Up: All bicycles must be picked up from The Recyclery's shop at 7628 N. Paulina St. in Chicago, IL.  SHIPPING AND DELIVERY ARE NOT AVAILABLE. 

Payments: payments are accepted through this site via PayPal.  Other forms of payment are not available unless agreed upon in advance.  Contact us with questions about additional payment options.

Returns: The Recyclery Collective offers a 30-day Bicycle Guarantee Policy. We take pride in refurbishing our bicycles. Please contact us within a month (30 days) of purchase if your bicycle has a mechanical failure. If we determine that your bicycle was sold with a mechanical defect, then we will repair the bike. In the event that the bike is not repairable, we will issue a full refund on the bike.

Please bring your bike to Open Shop if you would like to use our tools to fix a flat, make adjustments, or to get help with other routine maintenance.
