Returns: The Recyclery Collective offers a 30-day Bicycle Guarantee Policy. We take pride in refurbishing our bicycles. Please contact us within a month (30 days) of purchase if your bicycle has a mechanical failure. If we determine that your bicycle was sold with a mechanical defect, then we will repair the bike. In the event that the bike is not repairable, we will issue a full refund on the bike.
Please bring your bike to Open Shop (when available) if you would like to use our tools to fix a flat, make adjustments, or to get help with other routine maintenance.
Purchase Pick Up: All items must be picked up from The Recyclery's shop at 7628 N. Paulina St. in Chicago, IL.
Customer and Staff Safety Information: The Recyclery Collective is strongly committed to maintaining the health and safety of our staff and clients during the COVID-19 outbreak. With this in mind, we have developed measures that allow us to serve our community while adhering to the March 20 guidelines released by Gov. Pritzker.
- Purchase pick-ups are by appointment only. The Recyclery is not open for Open Shop, Volunteer Hours, or other regular business.
- All sales bicycles will be sanitized with bleach and/or disinfectant wipes
- Shop staff wear gloves at all times and change them between clients.
- Contact between staff and clients will be minimized using six foot distancing.
